Governor O’Malley/Sheriff High Release Results of Joint Warrant Operation

Upper Marlboro, MD… Governor Martin O’Malley and Sheriff Melvin High will appear at a press conference to release the final results of the Violent Offender Warrant Suppression (VOWS) operation led by the Sheriff’s Office Warrant Division. The warrant operation that started July 14 to October 15^th, was funded by a grant from the Governor’s Office on Crime Control and Prevention and was a multi-week operation that included participation from local and state law enforcement partners.
